I have been a teacher at East Tech for 5 years now as an Information Technology teacher. My experience in robotics is limited, but I entered into it, because I saw the value of STEM and robotics for today's students. This will be my second year coaching a VEX robotics team and every year I am looking to learn more about not only VEX but robotics in general.
Coach Miller
Coach Miller has 14 year of experience with previous FRC and VEX teams in the Las Vegas area. During her time with those teams, they have won a combined 67 awards, including FRC World Champion in 2007 and FRC Hall of Fame in 2016. She won the highly recognized mentorship award, the Woodie Flowers, in 2014 at the Las Vegas FRC Regional. Although this is her first year with the Hachamabots, she is motivated and excited to offer her guidance to help VEX Team 20999 reach our goals.
