Background and Mission

DSC_9184.JPG

We started this club/team of ours in August 2019. That was when the previous Coaches, who were STEM Robotics students at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, handed down the leadership of Coaching down to Mr. Rodriguez. From there, those who wanted to join the robotics team joined with Mr. Rodriguez and established a plan to concur with 2019's competition "Tower Takeover." We even took videos of the composition (which can be viewed in the gallery). We the team got to witness remarkable creations of robots that year.

Last year, our mission was to receive as many rewards for our team and School, and when quarantining closes, we wanted to make it to the finals of last year's competition "Change Up 2020-2021". We planned to have a base system of jobs for our members. Next, we calendarized what tournament we wanted to attend. After that, we wanted to have a driveable base for our robot. then we wanted to build a mechanism that will enable our robot to collect balls and shoot them into the hoops above the field.

This year, our mission is to receive many rewards for our team and school. We have made it to the state finals with the game "Tipping Point". We planned to have a base system of jobs for our members. Next, we calendarized what tournament we wanted to attend. After that, we wanted to have a driveable base for our robot. Then we wanted to build a mechanism that will enable our robot to collect rings and score them into the goals on the field, which, we achieved.
